How to publicize your event using social media?  Remember that individuals have to see multiple posts before they may respond to your event.  As an example, you can't just send just one email about your event.  You have to send multiple emails with different subject lines that entice the participant.  Open your email with a grabber open sentence or two that wants to make your reader read on.  Avoid putting all your information on attachments because some individuals will not open attachments.   Put the majority of your information in the body of your email and make it very easy to read.
